May I return a purchase without a defect?

Yes. We accept defective and non-defective returns and permit exchanges. A change of mind, personal preference, or wrong selection can be raised for return by mail within 30 days of delivery.

What is required for a non-defective item?

The product must still be new, unused, and in its original state, with all packaging, tags, and accessories. Its package includes a free return label, and there is no restocking charge.

How should an order problem be reported?

Supply the order number, checkout email, and a description. Damage, defects, mis-shipments, or missing pieces may also require images or video of the item and packing materials; obtain authorization before mailing anything.

What follows approval?

A refund is routed to the original payment method and processed in 10 days after approval. Exchange fulfillment depends on stock on hand.
